Near realtime replication of a v11 database to sql server?

I would like to have our data in 4D replicated 1 on 1 to an sql server for reporting purposes. After the initial replication, each change to the data in 4D should be visible in the replica in sql server within 15 minutes.

Does anyone know of a plugin/3rd party app that can do this? Would rather not roll my own if I can avoid that.
