Hi people,

I have built some testing packages of NM-0.7.1, which it seems that works
in part here. I'm able to connect to the eth0 cable interface and iirc
i have used it
as wifi also.
It still needs work on policykit stuff, to get the permisions correct
and be able to use
and modify the system wide configurations.
There is an error on startup of nm-openconnect user unknown.

Please for anything you may find, report it on sf.net on ticket #17 or
open a new one.

Get the packages from here:
http://saxa.droplinegnome.org/i686/testing-2.26/

Packages are built on dlg 2.26.

Saxa,

I will try to test it and see if I can do some Policykit Magic on it.

Best Wishes,

Tiago, I think they need just some polkit stuff to be enabled or
changed, since they work if you set the connections for the local
user, but probably we need a rule to change the main configuration,
since the edit icon apears with a small key on the button whihc seems
its locked because of no permissions.

If you can twaek this we have a not 100% working but very close vorking package.

I couldn't find anything on pk to fix... as of now. will keep on
testing :/

Found the source of the error, pretty simple thing. There's a policy
asking for an user named nm-openconnect, which we don't have created.
Not sure if it's needed for this "openconnect" thing, but will find
out :)

Good to hear that. I think its something which needs to be enabled in
pk to make it tweak the system settings. Creating a connection as
user, here it works. But its user related only, its not system wide.

Not sure saxa, it seems that the applet is simply not updating its status through dbus, not really sure why.

Strange, but would be good to understand whats going on, so we can
include it in 2.28.
