Open the
src/service/com/blandware/atleap/service/applicationContext-service.xml
file and find 'mailTemplateManager' bean definition. Its property called
'mailTemplates' is what you need. It defines the mail templates known to
the application.
Add a new entry to this list, specify a unique key for it (it's the
template identifier) and a list of variables in your template.
After this, refresh the application, and new template will appear in the
list in the GUI, so you will be able to customize the template fields.
