New Extension PDO_INGRES

Hello,
I have created a new extension: PDO_INGRES
This extension provides an Ingres driver for PDO.
An other extension for connect Ingres Database and PHP but it's not a PDO
Driver.

This extension is compiled on Windows and Linux and it's working with PHP
5.2.10 and PHP 5.3.
This extension is not completed but an other developper want help me for
this extensions.

I would like to add this extension in PECL SVN.

Three questions :)

- Do you have a link to the project?
- Which license do you use?
- About the other extension, do you refer to the existing one
(http://pecl.php.net/ingres) or did you write another one?

- pdo_ingres is on http://o4db.nexenservices.com/pecl/pdo_ingres.tar.gz
- licence use is licence PHP 3.01
- the other extension is http://pecl.php.net/ingres
