New FTP server for work

Hey guys.  My boss told me to set up an FTP server so our employees (construction workers) can send large files to the client and our company.  They want to have an organized hierarchy and set permissions on certain folders.  What would be the best FTP program as far as being user friendly is concerned?  One of the ones I've liked so far is CuteFTP.  Any and all suggestions are welcomed.
