New GNOME website, getting back to work!Hi all,
So, I basically got sidetracked with work and other stuff and, unfortunately, things got a bit out of track on the development of our new website. I can get back to work on the website again! So, first thing I want to do is to get a general status update from all teams: Design, CMS and Content. Questions to all teams: - What's still missing to get a functional website on your area? - What's blocking you from doing your work? I sort of know what will be the answers but I want to make sure I'm not missing anything. AFAIK, the main blocker right now is getting the editor's Plone instance running on GNOME servers. Alexandro, I guess you'll be working on this next weekend? Carsten & co, can you list all outstanding tasks on the CMS side so that new volunteers can jump in? We're very close to get the first version of the website done. Let's just do it! Cheers! --lucasr _______________________________________________ gnome-web-list mailing list gnome-web-list@... http://mail.gnome.org/mailman/listinfo/gnome-web-list |

Re: New GNOME website, getting back to work!Lucas,
For the content team, we would like to review the content in the editor's instance of Plone. We have a lot of content done, but need to review it and tighten it up. Talking about it briefly at the Marketing hackfest this week, team members agreed it would be easier to review it in the editor's instance rather than the wiki, which will help in reviewing the page flow as well.
