Speaking of the Iphone, there are several interesting developments.   Google has released a plugin that allows both geo and regular searches from the Iphone via voice command.   The Iphone already has some built it voice command features and a voice output depending on which sub program you are into.   AIML can be applied to create an ‘expert system’ that integrates these features into a single personal digital assistant with voice in / voice out capabilities.  (STT à chat-AI -à TTS)   Heads up you all; this is a major opportunity to finally be able to make some $$$$ and be taken seriously.   Several other smart phone manufactures are in hot pursuit of this feature set.
