Insane concept: you can write a game, distribute it on your website, and then
people can download it and run it on their device without some 3rd party
controlling what you do.

The Droid's advertising campaign better get a lot better than that, or  
it's not going to work (Incidentally, I saw that advert via  
ArsTechnica and we've discussed it at Spinfast)

That advert strikes me as preaching to the converted, which isn't what  
the Droid needs to do to be successful (of course, being on Verizon,  
it's arguable it doesn't need to do *anything* to be successful)
