New RoHS compliant part numbers and mask sets for MPC555

Hi, maybe I didn't search hard enough but I couldn't find the details of the mask sets of the new RoHS MPC555 part numbers on the Freescale site:

MPC555LFAVR40
MPC555LFCVR40
MPC555LFMVR40

Anyone have this info please?
