Hello fellow birders,
Readers of Birder's World may recall an article Craig Thompson wrote for us two years ago about a trip to Ecuador he helped organize. Craig and other birders affiliated with the Wisconsin Bird Conservation Initiative went looking for tropical birds and also wanted to raise funds for bird conservation. They certainly succeeded, tallying 385 species and $14,000 for conservation.
Now, the American Bird Conservancy has launched a new website that will enable birders to plan a birding trip and support bird conservation at the same time. The site is ConservationBirding.org <
