I've opened a new motorcycle shop in capitol heights MD.
I've partnered up with an MMI trained and certified professional mechanic who
used to work at freestate cycle for a few years, as well as another
small shop. ( We both started riding about the same time 9 years ago
and have been friends ever since. Time flies).
Our schedules are flexible to meet your needs. Our prices will beat
the competition.
Customer satisfaction and building a lifetime good customer
relationship is our main objective. You can expect honesty, quality
service, and the best prices on parts/service of any local shop.

DC-cycles is a great medium (i've been here for years) and there are a
lot of DIYers.
I whole heartedly you come to the list first when you have any
concerns... but if there
comes a point where you want to take it to a shop, call around, and call us.
Not only are we subscribers to traditional business policies (such as
the customer is always right, etc) but we also have new ideas.. such
as making appointments, so
you can drop your bike off at your convenience beyond typical shop
hours, and insurance claim rebates, where when we collect money from
an insurance company for your claim
(towing, storage, estimates) you'll get a portion of that, so it will
literally pay you to come to
come to us for the best service.
As a fellow motorcyclist I encourage ordering parts yourself and doing
your own wrenching,
and as a businessman, I can pass on some of my ronayers discount and
give you 10% off their prices if you order it through me (and the
shop).
So as you see, we've intent on being a great business with great
customer relations.
