New packages

Hello all,

Here are some packages I have built, all available on 4shared in the
meanwhile (http://www.4shared.com/dir/20334730/a267cd83/228.html)

libdaemon
policykit
sg3-utils (moved from contrib/extras, seems to be needed by
devicekit-disks)
libatasmart
devicekit
devicekit-power

Wiki page updated accordingly.  I am trying to build devicekit-disks
now, but it is requesting gudev, any idea where I can find that? :)
