New patch file for GDB 6.8 under Ubuntu Linux

I've created a new version (2.1) of the GDB 6.8 patch file for OpenRISC.
This fixes some type casting problems when building with GCC 4.1.3 under
Ubuntu Linux.

The changes are also added to CVS in the or1k/gdb-6.8 directory. Thanks
