New theme (night wind) in the main repository

I was helping a gallery3 user create a theme that was based on darker colors.  By the time I had finished explaining it to him, I had basically finished the theme.  Because it's so closely related to the default wind theme, I just stuck it in the main repository.  It may move to gallery3-contrib later, but for now, its in the gallery3 repository.

I'm happy to see more themes in our repo, but I worry that either
they'll be a drag on our development process for our main themes, or
that they'll be broken.  Since we're still undergoing fairly large
changes to our main theme, perhaps we should wait a bit longer before
putting the theme in the main repo?

Don't matter to me, I was in a rush getting ready for the weekend and it was esier to commit there then commit in contrib

Its mostly just changes for background color, foreground color, and a new themeroller css and images.

So this one shouldn't be too much of a maintenance load and some people seem to prefer the darker colors.

But feel free to move it, if you would like, as I won't be able to until Tuesday

Tim
