Newbie question: Need Parameter pop-up screen to appear before report runs

Hi,

   I would like the parameter pop-up screen to have the behavior that when the report is first run e.g. from Preview, that the pop-up screen always comes up. I can only seem to get this behavior when I have a parameter that is required. In my case, all my parameters are not required and have default values but I still want the parameter screen to come up first. Any ideas?
