Newsfox translation

Hello:)

In the attachment russian translation for NewsFox 0.4.1 (about.dtd,
addFeed.dtd, feedOptions.dtd, newsfox.dtd, options.dtd & about.html,
overview.html, start.html. Without CVS folder and content.rdf)

How about translation of some strings in error.js and ui.js? (for
example "Are you sure you wish to permanently delete these articles"
in ui.js). Can you add these lines in a dtd-file?

Can you create the button for the toolbars? This button will open
Newsfox in a tab.
