I expect most CGers wrestle with inventing changes and making change
happen.
Part of my work was being the Procter & Gamble facilitator of 300
"change teams." The work was to invent changes and make them accepted.
The following address takes you to an article in the Cincinnati
Enquirer. In it, I describe how I will share my experience with 140
mayors in Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana.

Facilitators are able to lead diverse people through a diverse family
of team strategies and team plays that make invention and acceptance of
changes succeed. It is based on creative problem solving (which is
usually thought of as individuals' skills) but is adapted for teams and
extended.
Since this is off-topic for some CGers, please send questions to

. I'll do my best to answer them for you. Just for my personal
interest, if you forward the Enquirer address to other associates,
please cc me.
Good wishes,
