Nexus 1.3.4 Release

Nexus 1.3.4 has been released. The OSS core had numerous bug fixes and some new functionality covered here:

In Nexus Pro 1.3.4 there have also been numerous bug fixes such as:

- Procurement: Creating a free form Rule on root of a repo, field vaildates with popup

- Procurement: Tree doesn't show all rules

- Procurement: Upgrade from 1.3.2 to 1.3.3 does not show applied rules icon for procured artifacts

- Staging: Signature files should not be blocked in the staging notification mails

- Staging: Saving repository group that contains staging repository, will remove the staging repository from group

- Staging: Add staging repos to the list of selectable repos in a repo group

- Access Log: Make nexus able to have separated "access" log that should be user formattable
