Nexus delete fonctionnality improvement

Hi

when I delete something with the Nexus GUI, the Maven tree is refreshed and I need to redeploy each item of me tree to display my tree in the state before the deletion.

It could be nice the refresh memory the tree state. When lot of delete must be done it is a waste of time to open the tree each time.
