No Print Service Found

Hello all:

I am running Fedora Core 6 with JRE 1.6 installed. I currently have
printers that work printing from GIMP, Open Office, Firefox etc...

When I try to print from LightZone I get the error "No Print Service Found"

Any ideas?

This came up one before on this list, but I don't think it was ever
resolved:

I would only add: LightZone for Linux comes with its own JRE, which is
the one it should use.  If you're using your own JRE, or if you're
running one of the old releases that did not come with a JRE, then you
should certainly try out the current release.

Hi!

I think that the build-in JRE  causes this problem. I replaced it with an update (6u2) in the LightZone folder, and now LightZone finds a print service, and it does print, even though I haven't figured out just how it really prints what I want it to print... I posted some information and questions here http://www.nabble.com/printing-from-LightZone-tf3299911.html#a10758217 , perhaps someone knows more about the subject.
