Hi I hope this is getting to the right people
I am using Bitpim Version 1.0.7.20090303
with a Samsung Model " SCH-A870" verizon
phone.  Connectted with a MA-8212P USB cable.
I am using Windows Vista System software on my
computer.
I am not getting my "System Files" Icon when I am
in The Bitpim Program as you can see I have attached
a Picture to this email.   I have used bitpim before and
I know I have to get into BitPim's system files folder
in order to edit my phone.  BitPim has detected
my phone and  everything else seems to be fine.

Please Help

Craig Chartrand
