Not able to find web-service-sample.war

Hello,
I am quite new in th Petals world (as you will see) and I try to understand the platform by running basic examples and use cases.
I use the quickstart 2.1.1.1 and I try to run the use cases "Use PEtALS as Web Service Proxy" describe on page 8 of the "petals use cases-171207". At the bottom of this page you mentioned that we have to install web-service-sample.war
"1. Install the Web Archive providing the echo Web Service

Can someone precise me where can I find this .war please  ?
