ODBC Driver for 4D Server (2004.x)

I'm looking for data specifications/documentation
on the ODBC Driver for 4D Server, 4D version 2004.x

I've found some old tech notes and references to a document named
"ODBC_Driver_for_4D_Server.pdf"
but i'm unable to find it on the ftp site...

Any help would be much appreciated, TIA ;)
