OLC file not verified on PNA

I am running Xcsoar version 5.2.3 on a PNA
I can,t get it to verify the flight  log
I have got a log of the filght and a separate BIN file which has a lot of lines starting with $G
Is it possible to get extract a verfied flight log at this stage
log_2009-09-03_18-26-58.bin2009-11-07-XCS-AAA-01.IGC

Is there a copy of GRecordDll.dll in XCSoarPNA-523?

If not, there is one in the version 5.2.2 download or here:
http://www.gregorie.org/gliding/xcsoar/GRecordDll.zip
and unzip it after it's downloaded.
