OLPC XO-1 keymap

Attached is the keymap I generated for the OLPC XO-1. The match
conditions are possibly wrong since it's not yet possible for me to
verify what the correct strings are.

I wonder if all of the keys in the file are really unknown scancodes. It's a
mix of e.g. e067 (which are scancodes) and e.g. 57 (which is obviously no
scancode), looks strange to me.

They're not. F9 through F12 need to be remapped to the brightness and
volume controls.

The e0 just indicates that the scancode is above 80, since the high bit
is used to indicate key release in the keyboard protocol. 57 is a valid
scancode.
