OOo 2.X Bug?

Hi,

Using OOo 1.x Writer and inserting the field Insert-> Field-> Other->
DocInformation-> Modified-> Date in a document, it update the field each time
I saved the file.

In OOo 2.X does nothing. The field doesn't change, remains empty. But, in this
version, if I insert the field Insert-> Field-> Other-> DocInformation->
Created-> Date, the field changes each time I save the file. The interesting
think is that the help says:

Modified: Inserts the name of the author, and the date, or the time of the
last save.

Created Inserts the name of the author, and the date, or the time when the
document was created.

Does anyone have the same results?
