OOo 3.1 build runs fine on Suse, always hangs on RHEL 5.3

I have an OpenOffice 3.1 program built on Suse 10.2, it works fine on Suse. But when move it to Redhat RHEL 5.3,  after launching,  it always hangs when I type any key.   But if I make a direct build on RHEL 5.3 with the same source, it also works fine on RHEL.

Any clues to determine and resolve this problem?
