OPENDS and Database

Dear all,
I have a problem as follow:
I use my sql to store data. Table User is about 4000 user (user name, password)
I just use CAS to single sign for all application.
and cas authenticate by ldap.
How to move all user in database to ldap (I use OpenDS of SUN)
Please help me
