OT Java API to manipulate CDR images

Hey Folks!
I have to create an application that insert a text into a Corel Draw image
(.cdr or .cmx file).
Anyone knows if is there a Java API to manipulate Corel Draw images that I
could use it with Java or ColdFusion?
