Observation 1.0 or 1.1 over 3.6.8?

Hi List, a quick question.
I need to add observation to a fresh installed Magnolia 3.6.8 (EE).
For 3.6.3 we had 1.0, but I see that 1.1 already exists.
It can be used on 3.6.x or it is for 4.1.x?
