Re: Off-shoring developmentAs a company that has been extensively involved in ebits, I can tell
you that you pretty much have to ignore the prices, because the devil is in the details. We have landed numerous ebids where we weren't the lowest bidder (and even when we were the highest) because of things like the customer had repeated problems with one of the vendors, payment terms, they didn't believe the bid, etc. GetACoder and GetAFreelancer (I think that's it) are full of garbage quotes.
