Older x86 UNIXes? ATT SysV?

Anybody have a lead on disk (floppy) images for older PC UNIXes like
AT&T's SysV release for 386es?  I've gotten onto an emulation kick over
the past 24 hours...

The dustbunny archive had some old stuff. I'll have to see if it's online
or not.

I found some stuff I'd downloaded from there, but half of it has corrupted
archive files and I can't unpack it. 8-(

I have a long-standing desire to pick up a circa-1991 AT&T 6386 SX/EL WGS
and run AT&T's version of SysV for 386 on it.

(not the "regular" 6386, because it uses a nonstandard keyboard / plug)

Why?  Because the tower version of the 6386 was one of the first "real
UNIX" systems I ever saw in person, when I toured the local electric co-op
in grade school (they had that doing weather maps and such; their VAX ran
all the important things).

I wrote streams drivers for these boxes.  I still have a soft spot in  
my heart for plain jane SVR4.

I'm also looking for OpenStep 4.2 install media images for x86.  
I've got NeXTstep 3.3 (everything), but would like to find OS4.2 again.

(I know, emulating NeXTStep on a system that basically *is* the modern
 NeXTstep...)

There is a CD image and the original install images floating around on
bittorrent. Here you can find a driver floppy patched for EIDE drives:

I have read that the same image works for SPARC (sun4m?) too, but don't
have one to test it out.
