From Wikipedia:
The Unruh effect is the prediction that an accelerating observer will
observe black-body radiation where an inertial observer would observe none.

You might like to think about how does this fit into your theories.

For myself, it gives a compelling reason why one should avoid explaining
things using the wave-particle duality concept.
