Online free versus purchased manual

The online free manual which is available in photocopied pdf format is about 90 pages.  There is also a supplement of about 9 pages.  

There is a service manual you can purchase which is about 215 pages.

What is the difference in the two manuals?

Yesterday I took off the flywheel to see if the key was ok.  Getting the cowling off was not as straight forward as I expected.  The free copy was not so helpful.  I'm wondering if anyone has the purchased manual and thinks it's much different and better than the free version.

The real one just sold on ebay for $17.75
I was comtemplating the thought of purchasing it but I didn't.  I did email the seller and asked how many pages. He said "about 90."   The ebay listing had been up there for several weeks and is the same part number and suggested list that you get from the dealer. Where did you get the "200 pages" if you don't mind me asking?  I wouldn't mind a few more pages of help either.

   The 215 page manual is here:

I think I found what the difference is.  The above manual has foreign language pages which is not in the free online version.   The free version is 7KA-28197-70.  The site with the 215 page version did not list the part number but it's probably the same with the foreign language snipped.

Yes, that may be the difference. The table of contents looks the same in both.
