OpenAL Soft 1.7.411 is out!

Been too long since the last release, so here's another one.

http://kcat.strangesoft.net/openal.html

This release has a new PortAudio backend, which should allow it to work on
more platforms, a new panning algorithm provided by Christian Borss (many
thanks!), improved reverb, plus improved multi-channel source behavior
(channels are no longer lost when the output doesn't match the source, gain is
clamped, and it is affected by the low-pass filter).

It also includes changes to the ALSA device list. Now, standard enumeration
only lists "ALSA Software" for playback (making it more fitting next to the
other backend devices), which will use the "default" ALSA device, while
extended enumeration will list all available cards/devices (and such device
names will now be unique).

This release also brings with it a Win32 binary package. It includes the
openal-info.exe program, and a soft_oal.dll which can be placed next to the
OpenAL32.dll provided by Creative's redistributable. No Win64 binary,
unfortunately, as I'm not sure if/how I can build them from Linux.

Next, I may focus on ALURE again for a bit, but I'm intending to get further
improvements to the EFX implementation.. perhaps adding more usable slots and
sends, and see if any of the other effects can be done in software. I'd also
like to get some of these extension proposals worked out and implemented (mine
as well as Ryan's disconnect extension).

Thanks for looking, and feedback is most welcome!
- Chris
