Hi, I work for the NY State Senate. We're trying to improve constituent services and save taxpayer dollars by upgrading our old CRM to a new, open source one. Can anyone tell me how their experience has been with OpenCRX, whether it accommodates a database for state with millions of records and what sort of enterprise features it has? We're particularly interested in being able to create workflows, report analytics about use and separating each Senator's data (so it's invisible to others) while preserving the ability to set some global criteria.
