OpenOfficeMouseI'm trying to not be gulible, but can someone shed some light on this:
http://www.openofficemouse.com/pr110609.html I notice that there is no Sun or OOo logos, so it really does not look official. Noticed here: http://hardware.slashdot.org/story/09/11/06/1728228/Multi-Button-OpenOfficeMouse-At-OOoCon-2009?art_pos=13 -- Dotan Cohen http://what-is-what.com http://gibberish.co.il --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: users-unsubscribe@... Notice also that the URL is not something on the order of «openoffice.org/mouse...», which one would expect if the mouse was an OpenOffice.org project, but rather «openofficemouse.com...» But who knows ?... It exists and it seems to work. I talked to the guy that invented the mouse. The mouse be used with other software too of course and yes it had a lot of buttons and even a thumb joystick at the left side. I haven't actually seen it in action. -- Regards / groeten, Arthur Buijs Co-lead NL.OpenOffice.org http://nl.openoffice.org --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: users-unsubscribe@... I started out with one registering company and them moved a few times till if found the best one for me, and for a better price. Same for web hosting companies. I have had one of my domains out there for over 15 years and moved it 4+ times as prices and service change. So the year-by-year basis is not a telling point. I currently use a monthly billing for my web hosting company, since I did not have the full yearly fee that month. Obviously, then, the mouse story is not a spoof and I stand corrected, but for the present I think I'll just stick with my three-buttoned versions.... Henri |

I once ran into somebody who had two 5 button mice in their *Nix system. Each mice had a different set of commands. jonathon --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: users-unsubscribe@...
