Hello,

Is the Ipaq rx5935 Travel companion supporting Opie?

Opie is supporting GPS?

I didn't see it on the more commons ones list.

Thanks,
 Francesc Polo

Hi there,

Sorry for the delay in replying, your message got caught in a moderation

There is no current support for this device in Opie; however as mentioned in
the FAQ the most important thing for Opie to run on a device is for Linux to
be capable of running on it:

I don't know anything about this device and Linux support for it, I'm afraid.
I'm happy to provide guidance on improving device support where I can though.

Well, there are one or two mapping applications that can run under Opie and
connect to a GPS device, but these are (or were) written by third parties.

Cheers,
