Or1ksim 0.3.0 released

I am pleased to announce the release of Or1ksim 0.3.0, the architectural
simulator for OpenRISC and ORPSoC. After many months of development and
testing by OpenCores contributors and users, this is a new stable
release, the first for more than 3 years.

We are continuing to develop this tool. Our next development release
(0.3.1) will add support for single precision floating point.

Suggestions for future developments are welcome, either on this mailing
list or through the OpenRISC feature tracker:
