Outlook Addin Plugin

Hi Folks,

Does anyone else out there use the Outlook Addin plugin from Climbway?

I have been trying for over a month now to get some action on some issues
that I have with it with no luck.  I am beginning to think that I will have
to find another solution but I do not think there is anything out there that
even come close to what this plugin can do.

I got the impression that they had lost the developer who had written this
stuff but then today they seem to have released a new version of the 4D
Office plug-in which presumably was written by the same person.

I find it very frustrating when companies stop responding to issues in their
products.

Any suggestions or insights would be helpful.
