PDF menual

I saw some people asking for a PDF manual.
Here is some unofficial version (0.8.0 core docs) while waiting for the official one.
I hope it is useful to someone.
(i can pust the ODT file too)

Wow, thanks Vanne, that's really great!

Did you notice that some internal hyperlinks reference local files on
your system using a "file:" url?

For instance, in section 11.4.2. there is a link to "Chapter 11.
Zend_Filter" but it links to
file:///Users/vanne/mkdocs/zend.filter.html.

Most internal links were gone. (I tried to remove them.)
This version has working internal links.
Only links that were pointing to pages, as opposed to <page>#<anchor>, have vanished.
(I could guess top anchor names and hope they are present but i don't like to guess.)
