In my appliaction,  I am getting below error.

PHP Warning:  Memcache::pconnect(): Can't connect to 127.0.0.1:11211, Connection refused (111) in /var/www/html/sample/memcache.class.php on line 26

Unable to connect the Memcache!!

Please mail me the solution to fix above error.

/etc/init.d/iptables stop

Seriously though, you may want to check your firewall scripts and confirm you are not blocking the port

Try connecting to it with telnet or nc
$ telnet localhost 11211
stats
