PHPMailer-FE v4.0.4 is available ... I used the wrong source code for
v4.0.3 release less than 24 hours ago. Sorry about that.
PHPMailer v5.0.2 is now available. This fixes the issue of missing
attachments when inline graphics are used. The SMTP issue of missing Cc
header field is fixed.
Regarding the SMTP missing Cc header field in version 5.0.0 and 5.0.1: the
cc emails were sent, what was missing was the display of the header field.
