PLEASE READ: Copyright Checkin

I am currently checking in a big transaction that changes all the copyright dates to 2009 in our java headers.

Please ensure that you do not change them back in your current transactions.  SVN should detect the merge, but if you don't want to take the chance, simply change your date in your header of your open files.

Note: please ensure that all new files have a copyright end date of 2009.
