> Hi Mika,
>
> Actually, I don't look for sophisticated features but some to make
> my documentation more structured ; fv-morphologie lib requires
> explanations which may be included into the tutorial (more
> convenient when offline than using a website, some spots on earth
> have no internet)...
> So I'm actually looking if possible to:
> - change font size ;
> - bold, italic ;
> - change/have different fonts attributes for different sub-levels of
> sections (since it seems possible to have (sub-)sections into each
> section but these (sub-)sections make no difference with sections -
> 2 or 3 levels of sections would be enough) ;

Unfortunately, the "bodytext" is not a rich text element so changing
the font attributes is not possible (this may change in the future).
You can however, use instructions inside the strings to denote bold,
italic etc. but these take effect only when exported, for example, to
PDF. The idea is that if we are in the future able to show these also
inside PWGL your work would not be wasted. Anyways, it doesn't do any
harm...

> - tabs or some incrementation, for instance to make possible a kind
> of (free) enumeration where each item may include text, code, small
> picts (actually items may be only a string, I'd like for instance
> to include code and/or links into items, not ony strings of text)...

I could add something like :fancy-items :)

>
> Also, would it be possible to have a special link which open
> directly a PWGL patch when one clicks it ?

Sure, I'll look into this.

>
> Does DBL.g exist ? I googled DBL but I just found results for
> "double language"... is DBL a standart or particular to PWGL or
> Lispworks ?

Well, it seems to be missing of course... DBL as a language is
something I have made so Googling does not really help. The DBL
grammar (DBL.g) we put together with Kilian and I'm attaching it here.
I did not check how accurate it is but it seems to be fairly recent.

I would advice against using the 'documentAttributes' however, since
the idea is that all PWGL documentation should have fairly uniform look.

-Mika

>

Hi Mika,

Actually, I don't look for sophisticated features but some to make my
documentation more structured ; fv-morphologie lib requires
explanations which may be included into the tutorial (more convenient
when offline than using a website, some spots on earth have no
internet)...
So I'm actually looking if possible to:
- change font size ;
- bold, italic ;
- change/have different fonts attributes for different sub-levels of
sections (since it seems possible to have (sub-)sections into each
section but these (sub-)sections make no difference with sections - 2
or 3 levels of sections would be enough) ;
- tabs or some incrementation, for instance to make possible a kind of
(free) enumeration where each item may include text, code, small picts
(actually items may be only a string, I'd like for instance to
include code and/or links into items, not ony strings of text)...

Also, would it be possible to have a special link which open directly
a PWGL patch when one clicks it ?

Does DBL.g exist ? I googled DBL but I just found results for "double
language"... is DBL a standart or particular to PWGL or Lispworks ?

Thank's,
Fred
>> Does it exist a DBL reference on internet, for editing my fv-
>> than the ones exposed in the shorty PWGL prog-ref "DBL_Language"
>> are provided for page layout etc (DBL.g file does not exist: error

Is there some issues into PWGL for writing multi-language

First of all, do not put user libraries inside the PWGL application
folder. pwgl-library is not meant for you users and the contents will
be lost as soon as you download and install a new version of PWGL. As
a general rule do not save *anything* inside the application folder.

/Users/<yourname>/PWGL-User/User-library is for this purpose. Try this
and see if it works.

BTW, If I'm seeing correctly you have an extra space in PWGL. Why
don't you remove it anyway.

We are setting up a 'User Libraries' section in our web page ( http://www2.siba.fi/PWGL/downloads.html
users. If you have a library that you would like to share with the
other users, send us a link and we will add it in the list.

Dear all,

Does anybody know how to pass non self-evaluating symbol arguments to PWGL functions? See the attach file to show an example of the malfunctioning of some of the PWGL objects to pass symbol arguments to a CASE lisp function. As you can see, the body of the function in the LISP-CODE-BOX, expects a non self-evaluating symbol argument, that's what is supposed to be the output of the TEXT, VALUE and EVAL boxes, but once the main function is called it always evaluates to NIL. This behavior would not occur in flat LispWorks code.

Any hints to solve the problem in the PWGL environment?

Best,

Mauricio

Windows Live: mantén a tus amigos al día con lo que haces en línea.

Why don't you take a look at tutorial "adjoin-voices"
if you change the ':measure' to ':part' in both 'collect-enp-objects'
boxes in (1) and ':voice' to ':score' in (3) this should do it.
If it's not necessary to do this in a patch you can always copy-paste
between scores.
representing boxes in a patch zich represent trees/graphs ; a double
click may opens a larger window - such as bpf ones -with standard
functionabilities such as zoom etc ?
May I find some lisp to hack in pwgl source code ?
(this to represent trees from matrices of distances for classification
in fv-morphologie).

Thank's in advance,
Cheers,
>
> I could quite easily add this as a display-box feature. Basically it
> would then work as the editors, i.e., it would display the same image in
> a separate window as well.
>>
>> I'd like to represent some graphs into pwgl...
>> is there a way to represent opengl figures into a separate window
>> (such as one used for 2D-Editor) ?
>> (into tutorial about opengl-display-boxes in opengl, I haven't find a
>> way to do it, graphics seem to be represented
>> only onto the patch, inside the objet-boxe patch-representation, where
>> a double-click just open the lisp code.

i'm just as new as i can be with PWGL (not with synthesis programming, but yes with PWGL) i've download it and when i run the PWGL-1-0b.exe it give me this error, always with the Starting synth... operation and the loading bar at a 75%
and ask
Wolud you like to debug this in terminal?

if y say yes after the same message print in terminal says:

If i end the PWGL-1-0b.exe process the frame leaves.

If anyone can help me i would really appreciate it.
