Packet Logging Through Syslog, cannot get any logs from txt file

I did everything as described in the faq, but for some reason I don't see any log in my new /var/log/pflog.txt file.
Do I need a fresh reboot, Even though I have restarted the syslog.pid process. ?

I have a block log all by default, but did not assign a pass to pflog0, is there a possible issue?
