Packmaster, adding new tigers problem

I've noticed something, that may have gotten broken during the last update.

When using PM 2009 4.01, I add a new tiger.

in the parent's tab, I click on one as the Tiger adult.

It shows a list of unattached parents. Since the boy is new, his isn't listed. PM does have a button to click which says "Create New"

however, clicking it does nothing. doesn't generate a new adult.

This is a pain, because it means I'll have to manually add them, and you have to, for recharters, have tigers paired up 1:1 with an adult partner in the recharter paperwork. Now I have until the fall, but still, its a pain.

Can we fix this? Especially to make it better for all of us who did spring recruting? I have 12 new Tigers to enter!

Damon:
After completing the youth set-up, did you go to the Adults Management to
see if the "added adult" was listed?  I have found the "add new" in PM 4.01
does add a new adult, but does not pop-up the adult form automatically.  The
data entered in the youth form begins populating the adult form.  I
generally get a request for the Adult DOB when leaving the youth setup form.

Yes I have, and no, it doesn't!

It doesn't create anything.

So after being in and out of PM several times now with it not creating the adult, I logged in this AM, it started creating the entry again.

I can't replicate it, if I do, I'll post.

Damon:
Sounds like an installation problem causing a disconnect in the relational
database.  Have you downloaded and re-installed PM?  I'm running mine on Win
XP, SP3.
