We have to go online to the Internet Advancement and enter them manually.
Apparently it is still an issue, if you said you just tried to upload a report again this morning and it didn't take the Activity Badges. That's a good indicator that the issue hasn't been resolved between PM, TM or ScoutNet since the last updates.
I do notice that PM does not get as many updates as TM does. It of course covers a lot more data spread out amongst more youth, and each Rank is broken down into more details with immediate recognition tracking, etc.
It would appear that it's a lot bigger animal to tackle than TM, and I would expect more updates for PM than TM, but that's not the case.
I know entering the data directly through your MyScouting Internet Advancement access is tedeous and time consuming, but it's full proof whereas expecting someone at Council to enter it directly from Advancement Reports isn't always.
