Packmaster - corrupt database (well on one PC)

I just tried to access my Packmaster database from my laptop and it indicated that it could not be decrypted from the dotnet server.  i then went over to my desktop and had no problem opening the Packmaster database.  I then tried it from the laptop (which worked just two weeks ago) and still could not decrypt and it bumps me out of PackMaster.
I uninstalled Packmaster and reinstalled the latest version.  No luck.
any suggestions?
