Pan mouse event

Hello again

I am trying to disable a layer (setVisible=false) when I pan the map. I realized there is a pan method within MapBean class. However, this method is valid when i press on pan button direction, and what I wish is to catch the pan mouse (dragg the map)

Any idea?
